- CMCaree McDonaldNov 17, 20251.0TERRIBLE place to live. i lived here for a year, found DEAD ROACHES and mold in my washing machine when i moved in, maintenance was notified multiple times, they did not clean or replace it. dishwasher never worked. told maintenance multiple times, nothing. apartments and townhouses are not kept up, ROACH and MICE infestation in half the homes. i am a very clean person, and my house stays spotless. pest control came by multiple times, sprayed and left bait, and it DID NOTHING. there was a large rodent that found its way into my vents, i heard it day and night, maintenance was notified, they DID NOTHING. they only decided to close the holes behind the fridge where the mice were coming in the day BEFORE i moved out !! ridiculous. the parking situation is terrible, and no guest parking spots. hopefully the staff has changed, because some are rude, short-fused, and unhelpful. SAVE YOUR MONEY. FOR THE PRICE THESE APARTMENTS AND TOWNHOUSES ARE, THEY ARE 100% NOT WORTH IT. the photos don’t fully illustrate the horror. there were 4 MICE and i saw about 6 ROACHES A DAY !!! the last photos are what i found in my washing machine the day i moved in. DON’T DO IT. KEEP YOUR SANITY.

Things happen but would you want to sit in on your toilet or take a shower with a huge hole in the wall. I ask to at least cover it up nothing. Like this really sucks. So I have to put trash bags over a hole that been there since Friday the 7th of November and hope it get it fixed by the the 12th of November. I don’t even know at this point. Just be aware of the things you may go through. It’s no telling when a contractor will even come to repair it

She expalined to me that they sent a reminder through the email. she changed my filter and asked me anything that I needed help with. She came to my apartment today, very restpectful and attending to my request. I have lived in colonial apartment for seven years and i'm happy to see someone who demonstrate promptness, professionalism, and skill. Thank you Shiann for your dedeication to make tenants like me feel happy.
