  I’ve been living at circ for a little over a year now and I have enjoyed it greatly. The area is great, the apartments are very nice, walls are good so you never hear your neighbors and the staff are super friendly! Shoutout to Emmett and Nick, they are awesome and always available if you need them!

  I moved in a month ago and have been very happy with my choice so far! From my initial tour with Emmett I knew he'd be reliable which was relief after dealing with so many difficult landlords. I didn't get to see my actual unit before signing but it was in great shape upon move in. We've had a couple maintenance requests and they have all been fixed within 24 hours. Emmett has been extremely responsive with all of our questions. The parking garage and trash fairies are nice perks. Would recommend living at Circ!

  I have recently moved into Circ Apartments. To say that the property manager Emmett was helpful in that process would be a real understatement! Actually, he was key to my positive move-in and orientation experience — from patiently answering every question (even the ridiculous, obvious ones) to solving issues with timing, vendors, and getting digitally connected, as well as learning the ropes of being a part of this community. This extremely positive move-in experience is a wonderful beginning to being a part of the Circ family. Thanks, Emmett!

  I’ve lived at Circ for the past two years and have had an amazing experience. The new property manager, Emmett, has been SO responsive and helpful—he replies to emails quickly and is always available to assist with anything I need. I’m very grateful for my time here and would definitely recommend Circ to anyone looking for a great place to live.

  I recently moved into the apartment complex and had an amazing experience thanks to our property manager, Emmett. From the very beginning, he made the entire move-in process super smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and made sure I was completely taken care of. I’ve even seen him already at work during the early mornings, making sure everything is in order, his dedication really stands out. I’m so excited about living here! The location is perfect, the amenities are great, and my apartment is absolutely beautiful. Everything is so well maintained and clean, and the entire building always smells fresh and welcoming.
