Zoe’s We moved to a first floor handicapped apt, after living on the second floor for 9 years. The morning of the first day there we saw a lot of little critters. We reported to the office and asked for Dee. She came to inspect the apartment and did a thorough walk through with both of us. She then sat down with us and made a game plan, including things that we must do and exact list of things she would do. She arrived on time at 11:00 we had to leave for at least three hours. She returned 2 weeks later as promised and inspected the apartment again and found that all the roaches were dead.
