- NKNadia KarelinNov 7, 20251.0Please avoid these apartments! These apartments are 70 years old, living here for over a year and trapped in the lease. When I first moved in, my place was trashed! Leasing department is a scam/frauds. The communication between the leasing office to tenants is horrible! They will have maintenance people come unanounced when you specifically requested for them to come on a certain day when you will be home. You will get your package stolen constantly! FYI the maintenance people will leave a mess after repairs and steal you stuff inside of your home. My neighbor had his apartment broken into and my other neighbor got his car stolen. Yes there are gated entries but they haven't worked for 2 years!! When you ask for help at the leasing office they will give you incorrect information thats leads to more expenses. Theres mold in the basement apartments! Theres also friendly little roaches/crickets and mice you will find while living here. Its not a safe area and not a safe place to live! Please run!!!

He did a great job and everything is working properly now. Thanks Anthony!
