I don’t even know where to begin it’s all so frustrating and I can’t wait to leave this place. Been here for 4 years way too long, and sadly, it wasn’t always like this.
1. The gates don’t work, haven’t since we moved in honestly.
2. We had a roach infestation that they just didn’t seem to care about. Lived there for 2 years and didn’t have a problem until that point (I believe the people on the other side of us had problems). There was no sealant around pipes, so hello! Easy access! They claimed Pest control was coming one day and never showed up on said day, always days later. Roaches didn’t stop coming until we put down treatment ourselves.
3. Someone took a number 2, in front of our apartment door (under the stairs, we live in the ground floor), not once, BUT TWICE, and it took maintenance several hours to clean it up on both occasions.
4. Took them several attempts to unclog our kitchen sink. Someone is apparently pouring grease down their pipes which affects ours because we’re all on one pipeline!? When clearing that, they busted through one of these raggedy pipes which cause water damage, which also took them several days to fix. Because it’s on the main line, it didn’t matter if I ran water or not, If my neighbors ran water, it would still leak! The bedroom carpet still smells of mold.
4a. My kitchen sink has over flowed several times and no one answered the Emergency Line. How in the world do you have an Emergency Line and no one calls you back?
4b. The clogged kitchen sink is still a problem and I was told it’s something they can’t really fix because something might be blocking the end of the main line causing it to back up. Told us that one guy is living with a HVAC just to drain his sink on the daily…WHY?! Christmas Day, I’m cooking around a dirty clogged sink because it just can’t be fixed.
5. The staff, bless them, don’t have a clue of what’s happening. I go to address the sink issue with the lady on site, about timeline of fixing the pipe, she didn’t know (fixed a few days later, but again, carpet still not fixed, leak occurred 12/9th). Ask her about why no one was answering the Emergency Line, she didn’t know (Property Manager reached out, addressed that problem). Then I asked the lady on site, why I was getting fined $200 for trash on my patio, and she didn’t know because she doesn’t have access to the pictures taken by another employee (I’m sorry, then why are you the only one working on the weekend if you don’t have access to certain things?) Property Manager called and turns out, that employee tried to fine us for our neighbor’s patio because they have a couch on it! Wow! These apartments are unsafe, pretty near inhabitable, and they just don’t seem to care, but want to raise rent EVERY YEAR? I understand the economy and such, but this Property Management has not made one improvement to this property to justify it, we don’t care about a dog park, we don’t care about grills, if our immediate living spaces are jeopardized like this. From the other reviews I’ve read (recent ones too) about their living conditions, this company ought to be ashamed!
