  I had the pleasure of touring with Destinee today she is very personable and has a good way of making you feel at home. I loved the community and though there is no current availability for my time frame I hope something comes available I would love to live here in the future.

  I recently moved in and Elijah was my main contact. I can’t say enough about how he went out of his way to address my many concerns and questions. He is simply a pleasure to work with and i would not have moved here if it wasn’t for his excellent service! Many thanks!

  Destinee was great to work with. This was my first time looking for an apartment and she was very patient while walking me through the process and answering my questions. I really appreciated how helpful and understanding she was. I have applied and cannot wait to get approved and move in!

  Really frustrated with how management handled a basic maintenance issue. My dryer stopped working, and I went to the leasing office multiple times about it. After submitting a ticket, I was told maintenance would come “when they have a moment.” It has now been over two weeks, and the issue still hasn’t been addressed with any urgency. What was most frustrating was being told to hang dry my clothes as the only solution. That response felt like they don’t take resident concerns seriously and disrespectful, especially considering in-unit laundry is part of what residents are paying for. Residents shouldn’t have to repeatedly follow up for weeks just to get a standard appliance repaired. This is the response from the management after repeated requests to resolve the issue.
