Communication and punctuality have always been their number one priority. They are a top-notch Management Company who we highly recommend.

  I don't think it's a secret that HOA management associations can be frustrating to deal with. However, over the past few years, I have found two individuals with Associa Community Group who have been absolutely outstanding to work with - Lisa Goshert and Jennifer Stoops! They are very quick to answer emails and calls (which is a game changer!) and always willing to help find answers when other departments are difficult to reach. Their customer service has always been top notch - I wish more HOA management companies performed like Lisa and Jennifer do - they've raised the bar!
