  Pésima experiencia con el proceso de aplicación en Chesterfield Village. Perdimos 15 días esperando una respuesta (7 de ellos solo para que procesaran los documentos), para que al final nos solicitaran un depósito de $1,360, a pesar de que los tres solicitantes tenemos un FICO Score superior a 720 puntos. Consideramos que el monto del depósito es injustificado dado nuestro excelente historial crediticio. Además, al decidir no seguir con el proceso debido a estas condiciones, se negaron a devolvernos los $100 de la reserva de la propiedad. Tengan mucho cuidado con los tiempos de respuesta y los cobros inesperados de esta oficina de leasing." Muchas gracias. Bendiciones. ❤️

  I would strongly advise anyone considering this apartment to look elsewhere. The building is severely roach-infested, which alone makes it an unhealthy and uncomfortable place to live. On top of that, many dog owners here do not clean up after their pets, leaving waste around the property. There are also constant issues with tenants smoking weed inside the building, which seeps into other units and common areas. During the winter, management fails to properly salt walkways and entrances, creating dangerous icy conditions that could easily lead to serious injury & have your car stuck for days.. The plumbing is terrible toilets are constantly clogging, and the bathroom tub is peeling due to what appears to be a cheap paint or coating solution. It’s clear that corners are being cut instead of properly fixing issues. The balcony is also in poor condition, with decaying wood that feels unsafe and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, random fees have been added to my rent without clear explanation. There was even a gas leak that forced me out of my apartment for two weeks, and during that time, I had no hot water. Overall, this has been a terrible living experience. Poor management, unsafe conditions, and lack of accountability make this a place I would not recommend to anyone. I have a 10 month lease & can’t wait for it to end so I can relocate..
