  We met with Destinee Nelson as a last minute stop to do our due diligence in Reston. We were not expecting to walk out with interest. The apartments are nice and roomy and well thought out. What made the difference was Destinee's enthusiasm for the building and amenities. She is so passionate about the building and what it has to offer. We are now leaving the area and not commiting to any properties which was not our game plan. We were all set to sign with another rental later in the day today. Destinee, thank you for a wonderful tour today. I look forward to hearing back from you when you find the ideal apartment for us in the coming months.

  Five stars for Destinee Nelson, the Harrison leasing agent who has been our capable and trusted guide from our first tour in August 2025 to signing our lease in January 2026 to move-in March 2026. At every step, we have depended on Destinee's experience and thoughtful guidance. We appreciate her patient and clear responses as we peppered her with questions during the months before move-in. Destinee's calm, friendly manner is a positive introduction to the Harrison community. We are happy with our decision to sell our townhouse and downsize into the apartment.

  I was extremely pleased with the responsiveness, attention to detail and customer service that Jillian from the leasing office provided. She and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful, and open during the process. You can tell they take pride in the property. I give her the highest review!

  I have been living at The Harrison for almost 2 years, and it's been a great experience. After touring other buildings in Reston, I was impressed by the size and quality of the apartments and the amenities. I've interacted with everyone on the leasing staff (Jillian, Eli, Destinee, Lindsay, and Shaneik) at different times for different reasons. Everyone is always willing to offer help, answer questions, and resolve any issues. A huge shout out to Eli who has stepped into his new role in the leasing office with great success! He brings his wonderful knowledge of the building and its residents to the job every day. I especially like the fact that the common areas are concentrated mostly on the first floor. Whether you are picking up a package or getting a cup of coffee, you always run into someone you know. If a high rise can be considered a "vertical neighborhood", then this is a very welcoming and friendly neighborhood. The front desk staff, cleaning staff, and maintenance crew are all helpful and friendly. Repairs are handled quickly and this place is always spotless! Great job all around!!

  I recently relocated from California to Virginia and chose The Harrison at Reston Town Center, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Shaneik Isaac. Moving across the country is complicated, but Shaneik made the leasing process incredibly smooth. Since I couldn’t initially be there in person, she took the time to answer all of my questions, walk me through different apartment options, and even send detailed videos so I could really understand the layouts and spaces. When I was finally able to visit Reston, she met with me personally and gave me a thorough tour, making sure I felt comfortable and confident in my decision. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. It’s clear that Shaneik genuinely cares about creating a great experience for residents and representing The Harrison community well. If you’re looking at apartments in Reston Town Center, I highly recommend connecting with her. She made a cross-country move feel simple, and that level of service is rare.
