The only thing that wasn’t ideal, my own fault, is that I didn’t know the washer was being replaced entirely rather than just having new parts put in and I forgot that I had a silicone baking mat in the top most rack of the washing machine that was replaced.

It took multiple attempts to get the AI to let me speak to an actual person, because it wasn't giving me useful information about the things I had questions about. Update: the AI has gotten even worse. It now doesn't even transfer me to a real person. Once I finally get the AI to transfer me, it doesn't actually send me to a person, it just sends me to a mailbox that hasn't been set up yet.
