  Love love these apartments the historic feel and great atmosphere, I went to several places but this one hands down is a great place, the staff was amazing!! My favorite spot is the courtyard ❤️ I could definitely see myself living here!!! I’m looking to move to Petersburg in a month!!! Very excited!!! I’m putting my application in NOW!!

  Hi I toured with my wife yesterday and had a wonderful experience, everyone was nice and very helpful, Kenisha the lease agent was helpful on showing us around and the managers Jessica and Monica were very helpful too, we are looking to move in soon, we have narrowed it down to Star Lofts. The place was very clean and very nice, I feel this will be a great place for me and my family live here soon.

  I was working with Chasette and she was very polite and professional. Showed me multiple units and was very knowledgeable about the application process. She was great to work with. The complex needed some work and wasnt as clean as I thought it should be. It has potential just not there yet.

  So far, my experience with Star Lofts has been with Samiri, who does maintenance at the complex. He has been so helpful in making me feel welcome, especially considering the leasing office was closed every time I went to talk to somebody about my application. I'm glad Samiri was there--Star Lofts wouldn't be the same without him. I hope management sees what a shining example of hard work and compassion he is. Samiri gets 5 stars. Star Lofts gets 4... hopefully the new management team gets things running smooth soon.

  I've applied and was approved. I had some question that I needed answered and 72 hours have passed and I got 1 inadequate response to my email the others were nit responded to. I went to the office it was closed. I see now that this may be what I would have to deal with.
