  I came in for a tour at Perry Street Lofts yesterday afternoon and it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon walking into the office there were a few rude people in the lobby area but the staff handled it with professionalism. It didnt detour me from doing the tour because sometimes people are just rude when they arent getting their way, which is what appeared to be happening at that moment. The property looks to be well maintained and after touring and getting move in information, I felt very welcomed by all the girls in the office. I will be putting my application in today and cant wait to spend the summer in that pool! See you all soon!

  Knowledge staff we toured on yesterday both Perry and Star very clean very respectful staff in the area. I would recommend this apartment complex huge rooms and high ceilings we love, thank to the staff for having a great experience for us especially here in the Petersburg area. I would give it more stars if I could

  I had a walk through scheduled and when I walked into the leasing office the property manager and what could have been tenets arguing loudly in the hallway blocking the doorl into the actual leasing offices, once we were able to get past the argument, the receptionist was incredibly rude to my guest that was joining me apartment hunt, once she finally give me her attention she asked what I wanted, I told her I had an appointment…she cut me off and said “well we can just cancel that” I understand that there was a pretty intense and loud argument going on right next to us but this has been the worse property manger/ receptionist that I have dealt with over the last week looking at multiple apartments in the Petersburg-Chester area. I was the prospective tenet and the only things directly said to me were “what do you want, We can cancel that appointment”. The only reason I can even justify 1 star is the place did look clean but that customer service…boy makes me regret complaining about having to talk to A.I. for 5 minutes before you even have the slightest chance at talking to person, which still might not be possible.

  Horrible customer service. Had a showing at Star Lofts was directed to Perry Street Lofts. Walked into an argument between two people and the Manager. Stood there waiting for a few minutes then I said something. Finally got passed the argument into the office to find the rudest Lady at the desk. Had no customer service skills that is a direct reflection of how their Lofts are run. We immediately walked out.

  This apartment complex is honestly one of the worst places I’ve ever dealt with can't wait to move The roach problem is completely out of control—no matter how clean you keep your space, they’re everywhere. Management does absolutely nothing about it. Requests get ignored, and nothing ever gets fixed Half the stuff in these apartments doesn’t even work properly, and when you report it, you either get no response or empty promises. They gave us key fobs that don’t even work, so what was the point? Some residents don’t even have mailbox keys and never received one, which is ridiculous considering we’re paying to live here On top of that, we’re being charged for things that don’t even benefit us. It feels like they’re just adding fees for no reason. The entire property is filthy there’s dog waste all over the hallways, parking lot, and walkways. It’s disgusting and clearly not being maintained Management is unresponsive unprofessional and clearly doesn’t care about the people living here. For the amount of money being charged, this place is unacceptable I would not recommend this complex to anyone.
