    I have been a resident for 1.5 years and I am very much looking forward to moving out in a few months. The 1 star reviews are way more accurate/honest than the 4 star reviews. Yes,the trash piling up is a weekly issue as is the dog feces and litter everywhere (photo). Parking can be an issue as well, some apartments have multiple families living in them which results in more vehicles. They did tow a bunch of abandoned vehicles last year but there are still half a dozen more not to mention trailers, and campers taking up additional spaces. Some vehicles have grass growing around the tires, they haven't moved in so long. If you move into the 1bd/1ba 640sqft apt your kitchen is tiny, the bathroom is larger than the kitchen and you can't open the dishwasher without hitting the stove (photo). Also inspect your apartment before signing anything, including the dryer/washer rentals. My apartment had stained carpet and the fridge and bathroom weren't properly cleaned/ repaired by move in. The dryer vent was also rusted beyond belief (photo). There is nothing for the kids to do, no playground or ball court, so they entertain themselves with the landscaping rocks and playing on the electrical transformers. The leasing office is especially difficult to get a hold of, I have had multiple occasions where they didnt answer phone calls, emails or portal messages and I had to contact corporate just to get a response. Corporate is equally as useless, they just want the rent check and will continually increase rent yearly despite any and all issues with the grounds/complex. Save your money and energy and look elsewhere.

    I regret signing my lease and can’t wait to move. For $1400/m I live in my 1bd,1bath and can hear my neighbors outside my door , above me, beside me. It’s horrible even with a sound machine on especially with a baby. Paying for amenities you don’t have access to.. my fob hasn’t worked since I started my lease and they fail to ever replace it. Then been stating they don’t have any additional ones. So that means no gym access or pool access outside of business hours. Mind you.. they reduced their hours for months to 9am-1pm .. You put in work orders for them to be marked completed and no one has come by or anything yet. My first month here they didn’t have mailbox keys to provide me so I had to go buy my own from the post office. The gates are also open at all times so it’s not a gated community. It’s a community with a gate accessory. It’s been like that for 5 years .. they aren’t going to fix it. Any concerns you have will almost never be addressed, every person that works in the leasing office quits.. I wonder why. ..
