  Mary is honestly a life saver! From the day I came to view she’s been a God Send. And the maintenance man Quan is always professional and responsive! 10/10 would recommend!

  Rent is way too high and the utilities are ridiculous! Also, parking is terrible, if you have a extra vehicle you literally have to fight for a parking spot because ppl park in all the visitors spots, also the BUGS are ridiculous, even though they send a exterminator, the bugs are still coming in..

  I have been living at Cloverleaf Lake Apartments for over four years. Management is great. The property is well kept and I have no complaints.

  I have lived here for several years and it’s quiet, neatly kept, great place for the price. There are a couple of reasons why I have lived here as long as I have (1) Mary Wilson she is the property manager and she has always made me feel welcomed. She always pleasant and greets everybody with a friendly smile. If I have ever had any issues or needed something done in my unit she made sure it was done without question. (2) it’s peaceful, it’s offers city living with a country appeal (3) safe and quiet neighborhood, literally everybody keeps to themselves mind their own business, but always friendly when you speak….. and finally (4) even the children are quiet….they play outside of course but they too are very respectful
