  This place is awesome. It’s the most family friendly neighborhood and provides quick access to the beach. Within 10 days of reaching out to Connie, my girlfriend and I were able to move into a beautiful apartment. Connie and Jessica made us feel super welcomed and have checked in multiple times to see how we’re doing. You will always see people out and about, which makes the neighborhood feel more vibrant and alive. One thing to be mindful of is parking, especially on a nice beach day. Otherwise, this is the spot to be!

  A fantastic property with access to the beach, community parks and pool, gym, and a well-maintained and scenic neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly (and quiet!) and the amenities are top notch. We have nothing but good things to say!

  My family loved living here!! We had a blast being so close to the beach before leaving Virginia. Connie is the best property manager!!

  Edit: the VP of Operations has called me personally about this and will be addressing the problems with the employee who parked in our spot. He was very quick to acknowledge the situation. My husband and I loved Village Square until we realized they value their business properties over residential properties. Since August of 2023, a restaurant was built underneath our apartment causing very loud noises 7 days a week, sometimes until 9 or 10 until the evening. We spoke with Constance Simms who essentially told us there was nothing she could do besides let us out of our lease because they are a developmental company. We have also had numerous issues with utility vehicles taking up our parking area. As of 1/31/2024, A Frye Properties truck was parked in my reserved spot and the leasing office was unavailable to correct it so I had no choice but to call the towing company. There has been zero regard to residential life here. I do not recommend leasing here.
