It’s alright but not worth the price and the constant barking you have to hear from the dog daycare they decided to build their apartment right next to

Twice.) A lease contract that is written to entrap ✅ (Good luck getting out) Unstable annual rent changes ✅ (And absurd pricing swings) Security that everyone bypasses ✅ (You wouldn’t want your kids here) Pool with no security at night ✅ (Easy access, expect broken glass, people having sex in the pool, etc) Never ending fire alarms weekly & nightly ✅ (You’re not sleeping through it lmao) Tow trucks that get you over the lines ✅ Car break-ins in the garage ✅ Dog park next door that’s extremely bad & disruptive ✅ Want a car to drive through the complexes front glass, and street parking where cars are sideswiped nightly? ✅ Want somewhere safe to have your kids attend ODU, military considering, find somewhere else. Sad excuse for a self proclaimed “luxury” apartment complex. Useless management. Stay away from PRG. I’m over it & I don’t ask for much.
