- JKJoshua KirbyDec 23, 20255.0I have been in the market looking for an apartment complex for a while now. And the Point on 38th is hands down one of the most beautiful properties I have seen so far. While I did not end up getting an apartment with them, I was so incredibly pleased with the staff and experience that I sought out to write this review. The staff was incredibly helpful in providing details on their availability and offers while also being incredibly nice and friendly. You can tell the property is super well maintained and taken care of. It is also in an awesome location near ODU and downtown Norfolk. I would highly recommend, if you are in the market, to give The Point a visit as it truly seems like a wonderful place to live.
- DBDaija BrownDec 17, 20255.0I stayed at the point during college at ODU, and it was great it wasn’t noisy, and the neighbors are very friendly and the property maintenance makes sure they are on it. As well as the gym is kept in perfect condition if that interest you. In my time here I’ve really enjoyed the property plus the extra security they provide along with private parking which is a blessing in Norfolk if ykyk.
- QQQuinixDec 13, 20254.0It's not unlivable like some other reviews might have you believe. Just like any apartment it has goods and bads. The gym is wonderful, the courtyard has a pool and grill, and management is always doing giveaways and free events in the common area. That said, you shouldn't live here if you mind noise and pets. There's always pee in the hall from puppies, which your dog will smell amd assume its a bathroom aswell. This could be fixed by monthly enzyme cleanings though. The only real unfixable thing is the doggy daycare next door and hampton. They're both incredibly loud at almost all hours. This is the only apartment in the area I've lived in that doesn't have roaches. The door is unlocked during office hours, and when someone has rented out the common area; which is also slightly irritating when you want to use the gym, since it's in there aswell.
