- MLMorgan LetiziaFeb 19, 20261.0This whole building should be condemned. I can’t even begin to list the horrors I witnessed living in this place. Do not let maintenance into your unit when you are not there & make sure you get everything the office says in writing because they will say things to placate you and then act like they didn’t so they can charge you more.
- AAAngela AabyJan 12, 20261.0Only rent here if you want your car and house broken into. Also enjoy the floods that occur continuously and damage your car. And don't expect anyone to help or care. Horrible experience all around. And they will lie about your move out and keep your deposit.

- PWP WMar 28, 20232.0With the amount of times they shut off water for “maintenance” purposes I’ve shouldn’t even be paying a water bill. Plus majority of the time we never get more than a 8hr notice which is ridiculous! Also their rooms are infested with mini roaches, it got to a point I work my cooking schedule around a good time when the roaches aren’t so openly out. Need bigger elevators, such a small elevator that you can barely properly move into your place with out having to try to squeeze everything up the stairs! Last thing I have to say is if your inspecting to pay cheap rent don’t worry the utilities will add the price right back up for you lol
