  Jamel and Mike are very friendly and they both came to my apartment clean my Windows, fixed my refrigerator and fix the patio door lock all in the same day with quick and efficient work. Definitely recommend a raise for both of them or anything that recognizes their hard work. Definitely would recommend this apartment to anyone price is high but well worth it🙏🏾

  So far no complaints at District 757 Apartments (formerly Livano). Yes, it’s true, when we first moved in, the community was under a different management company, and while a few familiar things did leave during the transition, I’ve honestly seen far more positive changes since the new management took over. The overall direction feels more attentive, organized, and resident-focused, and it’s clear the community is continuing to improve. The location is truly prime — close to major stores, restaurants, beaches, and plenty of activities around Norfolk and Virginia Beach. The apartments themselves are modern, clean, and spacious, with a layout that feels thoughtfully designed. The staff deserves special recognition. Carolyn, Ethan, Mark, and Kaya are all incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been positive. They’re friendly, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we feel supported and heard. My dog loves each and every one of them and truly enjoys seeing them every morning. I appreciate how loving they are to my dog and give her the attention she craves from them even if they’re busy. The maintenance team is exceptional. Work orders are handled quickly and efficiently, and the team is always neat, professional, and respectful of your apartment. The amenities are already impressive, and I’m genuinely excited for the upgrades that are coming. I save money on a gym membership because the gym in the complex has everything I need without a commute. And nothing is better than having a great workout and being able to lounge by the heated resort style pool right outside of the gym! Overall, District 757 has been a wonderful place to live, and I’m happy to call it home. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, well-managed apartment community in the Norfolk area.

  If we could give 0 we will! I’ll start when we moved in. I have pictures of the unit and It is not clean at all. The kitchen is greasy and dirt under the cabinets. And now it’s not even a month living here yet it’s a disaster! A week ago Woke up not having electricity, we do not have a heater and my 11months old was freezing cold! Open the door and it is flooded! And until now we cant even enjoy the “luxury living “ since they put the loud exhaust in our unit. They said it’s only for couple of days but its not, we have been dealing with it since December 7th and it’s dec 15 now. I am dealing with my migraines every single day bc of the loud noise! We can’t even use our living space bc its really loud , we are stuck in our bedroom, 24/7 yes! I am a stay at home mom. This is ridiculous. One more is their Parking spaces, we have an SUV and we are having issues parking it everyday since the parking spaces are so small! And yes there’s more! Dog 💩 is everywhere! They better give us compensation for all of this inconvenience and for our electricity that they been using since they put up the exhaust! We couldn’t access and use our living space since then. What a luxury living!!!! This is a nightmare for us.
