I had an amazing experience with Taja! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine attention to detail. Taja went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and it really shows in the quality of the work. Communication was smooth, and I felt valued as a future resident .

All of the positive reviews of this place are from people who have only toured or are writing about maintenance staff ( who really are amazing- I’d give them 5 stars too!) but not reviewing the general apartment/experience.
We’ve had a good experience with management and maintenance overall but the other residents that live here are very rude and inconsiderate.
You constantly smelled weed from outside or the air vents despite constant reminders from management, the trash constantly built up from lazy people not putting trash in the compactor and the pool parties was out of hand despite again multiple management emails for 2 guests and not blasting your own music. Don’t get me started on the constant damage to cars - my brand new car had dents galore from again inconsiderate people.
Also upon move out I was told I could be present at the inspection. I was told we were good to go but surprisingly we were still charged for wear and tear of the carpet. We don’t have pets or kids and rarely had anyone else over so if wear and tear was there it was nothing more than normal wear and tear. I’ve never been charged for normal wear and tear and the move out instructions only stated to vacuum the carpet not make it look brand new (which again ours looked pretty darn close).
Overall I’d not recommend this apartment to anyone. I will say that Mark and the maintenance team have always been amazing and very helpful but again the other residents and the constant changing management are reasons I'd never recommend this place to anyone.

I had such a good experience touring apartments with Taja. She was super easy to talk to and made everything feel really comfortable from the start. She showed me a few different units, answered all my questions, and actually listened to what I was looking for instead of just rushing through it. I never felt pressured at all, which I really appreciated. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right place. I’d definitely recommend her!
UPDATE FROM PREVIOUSLY POSTED REVIEW:
The situation has only worsened. The fire alarms went off three separate times over the course of the weekend alone. At this point, the constant false alarms are desensitizing residents, making it difficult to take them seriously.
Even more concerning, emergency response appears to be affected as well. During one of these incidents, it took firefighters over 20 minutes to arrive. When false alarms become this frequent, it not only disrupts daily life but also creates a dangerous environment where real emergencies may not receive the urgency they require.
This is no longer just an inconvenience—it is a serious safety concern that continues to be mishandled.
⸻
Frequent false fire alarms have become an ongoing and unacceptable issue. Since February alone, there have been at least nine occurrences. Residents should not have to live with constant disruptions or the anxiety of alarms going off at any moment.
The lack of communication is equally concerning. There are no timely updates, no clear explanations, and no accountability. Instead, residents continue to receive the same generic copy/ paste assurances that the issue is “being worked on,” with no visible progress or resolution.
This repeated failure to address the problem not only disrupts daily life but also undermines resident safety and trust. When false alarms are triggered this often without cause, it creates an illegal and very real health and safety risk that actual emergencies may not be taken seriously.
I fully expect the standard response offering to “connect offline” or “discuss this further,” rather than any meaningful or transparent plan to actually resolve the issue.
