I’ve lived here over 3 years now. I was here when Drucker & Falk managed the property to when Kettler took over. Based on previous reviews, you can obviously see when they took over. I never had much to say about D&F but Kettler on the other hand???
Maintenance orders don’t get filled - our dryer belt snapped and after a month and a half of us going and doing laundry at neighbors, relatives houses, or laundromats, my husband got fed up and ordered the parts himself and replaced it. There’s no way we’re paying what we pay each month to have to do our own maintenance. After 3 separate phone calls, orders through the portal, and manually requested orders at the leasing office, that was our last straw. If we have to resort to our own maintenance, I may as well be in a house and pay a mortgage and not continue to let them take our money for nothing. Thank God nothing major like a leak, HVAC issues, or our refrigeration hasn’t gone out since new management and I hope it stays that way until we leave in a couple months.
Not to mention our first time paying rent under new ownership, we had to physically go to the office around holidays (worst time of the year for a complete staff change btw) and drop off cashiers checks and money orders. And that’s not a huge deal, we’re used to paying our rent online through the online portal but I do know for a fact that myself and several others asked how much we owed so we could get our checks/money orders taken care of since water and other utilities are included with our base rent so it fluctuates and we got told “just give us however much you think you owe” I feel like something about that sounds illegal but okay.
I thought maybe with new management they’d need a month to get themselves straight but it’s been since December 18th and it’s now Feb 18th and it’s been the exact same if not worse. I used to see maintenance guys riding around all the time changing our dog waste bags, cleaning up rogue trash/litter, or attending service calls. I’m convinced our maintenance guys aren’t real because I haven’t seen a single golf cart around.
Since new management (Kettler Management) things have not been the same. definitely starting to go downhill. Seems as though they don’t have the right people in place working here at all. Leasing/Management team in the office have been very unprofessional with very nasty attitudes. Maintenance complete out work orders that have not been completed. They take their time to address any issues you may have. VERY LAZY!!! Heavy on the LAZY. This staff has no care in the world about their residents. The outside is starting to look unpleasing because they are not keeping it clean of debris and trash. First impression is everything. I am so disappointed.

Do not rent/work at this location, Work orders are frequently left incomplete or not addressed at all.I witnessed firsthand that the current management—specifically the property manager Jasmine, and assistant manager Callie—show little concern for residents or staff. They are often in their offices with the doors closed, on personal cell phones, and unwilling to assist residents or support their own leasing agents with questions or concerns. Or half the time you can never reach the leasing office because they refuse to answer the phones themselves.
Word of advice to anyone considering renting at this property: I strongly suggest looking elsewhere unless you are comfortable paying high rent while dealing with unresolved maintenance issues. If you are a current resident as well I highly suggest do not renew your lease!!
Ps: When both myself and another leasing agent resigned within the same week, the current property manager reacted in an unprofessional and petty manner by sending an informal text message regarding a whiteboard calendar that had been given to us by the former property manager of Drucker & Falk. Jasmine the current property manager then threatened to withhold deductions from our final paychecks, falsely accusing us of causing drywall damage—an accusation that was completely untrue.
