- SEShaneisha EppsJan 21, 20261.0This is my second transaction involving this company, and unfortunately the experience was nearly identical to the first. Communication was extremely poor... calls and emails routinely went unanswered, and follow-up required significant effort. In a real estate transaction, timing and responsiveness are critical. Lack of communication creates unnecessary stress, delays, and uncertainty for all parties involved. I expected improvement after the first experience, but that did not happen. I hope management addresses their communication and responsiveness, because the service level does not currently meet the standards expected in this industry.
