  Kristie Jones!! All I have to say if you go to this location ask for this wonderful lady she was very nice and very helpful. The homes were beautiful and had different layouts in each one. I would recommend this location for good quality at a good price and Kristie will answer any questions you have!!

  Our project started out great. We picked out our house and my wife found us land. When put our $1,000 down we were told it would take a year before we were in our home. That didn't happen, we moved in 2 months late. We kept being lied to by the person that was supposed to make sure our project ran on time. We were told everything from contractors were being fired to vehicle problems with delivery. When my wife asked to talk to the office manager she never heard back from him, he said he never got the messages. We were told we would be in our home before Halloween, we moved in on Feb 24th. Our project didn't get moving until after Christmas when we told Clayton Homes that the house were living in was being sold and we had to be out by Feb. 1st. Thankfully the buyer and seller of the house we were living in have us an extra month. We were also told by the office manager to get in touch with the power company and get our account started because we would be moving in soon, 2 months before we actually moved in causing us to have a power bill for administrative fees for home we were not living in. When we close to closing we reserved a U-Haul and our move in date changed again causing us to have to cancel our U-Haul last minute. Clayton Homes almost had a veteran family homeless. If you can get your money back do so. If you are thinking about using Clayton Homes run. After everything we went through we got 2 free fans and a mailbox post and some help with our U-Haul.

  Avoid this location at all cost. Our salesman was nice but the manager Mark is horrible and ultimately is the reason we finally woke up and ran. Don't waste your money or time. They took over $1700 of our money without our consent. Mark stated most of his business deals are "done on a napkin". Oh and the house was around 265k by the time Clayton was done they wanted us to finance 425k when we owned the land. Very shady business dealings. Im currently filing complaints with Clayton Customer Advocacy, Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney generals office. They stole money from us. Buyer Beware!!!!

Joe Gurganus is an awesome young man is trying to be able to be helpful for us to turn the key on our new home. There are so many things that we could say about Clayton Holmes but the most important thing is that is helpful and they will provide you with the best care. You are important to them as we walk in the door. I rate them a five star Business that’s up and moving for all of us. Anyone that know anything about Clayton Homes I encourage you to look them up and you will Be pleased with the outcome of their service thank you for all that you have done for me and my family here at Clayton homes.
