In particular their employee Mrs. Kristie Jones had all the answers to our questions and helped with getting the floor plan up that we desire. We told her all our request and she matched it. Then she described everything in the home and how the homes used the eco friendly to help with energy saving. I recommend coming to Clayton homes to everyone that’s looking for affordable home!

They won't talk to you unless you give them a substantial amount of money, and if you don't end up going that route, be prepared to fight with them for MONTHS to get your deposit back. I gave Calvin Elam a price range to work with, got shown homes well over my range, and was basically told to kick rocks after coming back to figure out what to do, and have been told he would refund my deposit multiple times since. Everytime It passes the timeframe he told me I would get my refund, I call back or go to the location and am told he hadn't put it in yet. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, or wish my experience on anyone.
