  I've been living in the community of Chelsea for about 11 years or so. I never had a single negative experience ever. Great pricing, great location, and great community. The facilities Manager (Shelly) gets a 5 star review from me, as well as her Maintenance Supervisor (Adam). I'm extremely grateful for all of their hard work and dedication that they brought to Chelsea at Lee Hall for the past 11 years and continue to do so. Thank you so much for all that you do....which truly feels like a family friendly environment. Resident, Kawaun.

  ROACHES and more ROAches ! Your car will get flooded and they have pest control come but only makes it worse ! They never answer the phone and no one is there to help with maintenance! I put in a 5 day move in work list and NOTHING has been fixed my sockets don’t work , the tub gets backed up. O and roaches i can’t wait to get out of here ! Don’t move here unless u want to be in the woods with roaches living beside a slave mansion !

  I want to thank Chelsea Place team for keeping a very safe and clean environment during the time of my stay i am really going to miss that place. If you looking for a place to live this is the place its 10mins from Yorktown beach 10mins away from Williamsburg and 10mins away from the inner part of the city of Newport News.
