If it was up to me I would remove them from our hoa and hire someone with a better process for making payments in today day in age.. hopefully this company will invest into newer more effective processes which would help prevent issues of paying a monthly hoa fee as a business owner .

They went out of their way dealing with the seller, managing all the hoops that had to be jumped through to make this sale go through for me, getting it done in a timely manner and helping me through the process on my end. This deal was considerably harder than my last one, which I also used this team for because of how professional and efficient I knew them to be. But they managed it very well. I am very pleased with both the deal and with them as my agents.
