  To Whom It May Concern, I am writing regarding the $750 deposit I paid in connection with an apartment shown to me by Rhaney Canaday. After paying the deposit, I was shown a unit that had a strong odor, dirty carpeting, and was located next to an exterior water heater/exit. These material conditions were not disclosed to me prior to accepting my deposit. Due to the condition of the apartment and the failure to accurately represent the unit, I declined to move forward. I did not sign a lease agreement. I am formally requesting the immediate return of my full $750 deposit. Retaining my funds under these circumstances is improper, as no lease was executed and no tenancy was established. If my deposit is not returned promptly, I am prepared to pursue legal remedies available to me, including filing a claim in court to recover my funds. I work hard for my money and expect this matter to be resolved without further escalation. Please advise when I can expect my refund. Sincerely, Amanda

  Has a roach problem and they are overpriced also when the 2 police officers moved in under us they started harassing us the walls are to thin you can here everything the ice maker in the freezer never worked and I didn't like the matted paint on the walls I have little kids so it's not easy to clean the walls they charge for everything the trash compactor barely worked to busy worried about raffles and coat drives and food drives how about lower the rent cause it's not worth that much yall charging
