I am unable to provide a positive rating based on my experience residing at this property since 2023. Since management transitioned to KETTLER, the overall condition and responsiveness have significantly declined.
The property has not been adequately maintained, with recurring issues including overflowing dumpsters, unclean breezeways, and unaddressed maintenance requests that have remained outstanding for several months. Additionally, there is a persistent issue with pet waste not being properly managed throughout the community.
Rent costs are notably high, and there have been repeated issues with the RENTCafe payment portal, including the assessment of multiple late fees despite attempts to submit payment in a timely manner. There appears to be a lack of clear guidance regarding payment procedures, and communication with management has not been effective in resolving these concerns.
Based on both my experience and similar feedback from other residents, there are ongoing concerns regarding property management, maintenance, and tenant support. We are looking forward to the conclusion of our lease.
