  I have been working with Community Group for almost (15) years and cannot convey how great of a company they are! Extremely reasonable, very responsive and amicable no matter what situation arises. I appreciate partnering with them and look forward to continuing our long-term relationship.

  I am on the Governor's Pointe Board of Directors. I do not speak for the whole board. But my personal experience has been that Associa provides our board 5 Star service. Lisa Tsetsilas isa first rate Community Manager. She is responsive and shows great attention to detail. Most importantly she provides and coordinates the administrative services we need to provide consistent, efficient, and fair governance of the community. I am glad we now have Associa as our property management partner.

  Our current community manager is doing a good job. I hope we can keep her! However, I can't give an overall good rating to Community Group as a management company based on the longer term assessment of my experience with this company. Community Group seems to spread it's managers too thin, expecting them to manage too many communities. That said, I'm not sure if any of the other community management companies are any better. Community Group hasn't tracked owners or Board issues reliably. Community Group has a history with our community of paying contractors without the work being completed to the contract terms or having the Board of Directors sign off on the work. Monthly payments to contractors performing regular services are usually made in full despite complaints of poor or non-performance. Tough the past year has improved greatly in the guidance given by the community manager, in past years the Board has been given bad or totally wrong advice on a few consiquential issues. This bad advice has hurt the community, financially to some degree, but primarily operationally and that has contributed to owner disallusionment and complacency. On the positive side, the Board has usually been given very good advice that has not always been followed and with outcomes at no fault of the community manager.

  I want to thank Taylor and Colletta from the community management office for their assistance with getting my shed approved by the board. They have also been very helpful with other questions and needs I’ve had. They are responsive, patient, and always willing to help. I really appreciate their support.
