- RYRandy YetzerAug 2, 20235.0I’m just 2 weeks in from writing the contract and so far so good. The sales team Alana and Rhiannon have been great to work with. Alana was a great help in picking out the selections for the house and getting the contract written and signed. Their mortgage broker Bryan is also very helpful in going over the loan etc. I am a real estate agent with a custom home builder in the area and know the business well and thus far the experience has been great. Now we wait for permits etc and the start date for building. I’m very excited to be moving out there and have ridden through the neighborhood and spoken with the neighbors and everyone loves it there.
