- JMJeff McManigalJun 24, 20255.0We will be closing on our 2nd home tomorrow with Ryan Homes in New Kent, VA. I want to let you know how incredibly wonderful your PM has been. Kathleen Prince, who we love is a Saint! She is informative, attentive to our needs way above what is called for in her job. She has taken care of all our requests, in a timely and professional manner at all times! We could not be happier!! Then there is Alana Buzby, in sales, she is also a Saint! We love her and enjoyed working with her so very much. She also attending to our needs and requests! We cannot wait for her to come back to New Kent! On the loan side, Janice De Leon is a delight and she also tended to our needs and requests! We also love her! We can be long term friends with all 3 ladies. Betty Tolbert is also a great representative for Ryan Homes! She was a joy to work with on the loan side of things. Last but not least, Brendan Coles is a great "fix it" guy, he was our "go to guy" when we needed any warranty work done in our first home. He was always fast and on the job, getting it done! Thank you Brendan!
- LKLynne KowskiMay 9, 20254.0It has become very frustrating knowing that depending on who your sales rep was, the options that were discussed and allowed. For example, Alana told us that the ceiling electrical rough HAD to be bought in packages of 4 and that we could not purchase a single additional, while others were allowed to do so. We purchased 4, but would have like an extra for our patio to install a fan. Others were asked if they wanted additional outlets anywhere. We would have opted for two additional outlets for our covered patio, one in the middle and one on the other side. We were told we could not change the brick on our elevation, yet now, you can choose/upgrade your brick for your elevation. Each sales rep should have a list of what to ask the client they want, so they can choose wisely.

She was attentive to every detail and guided us through the entire process, from getting us the best price possible, to using her creative insight with directing us with our design choices. Her always pleasant and bubbly personality made this would-be stressful experience a pleasure to be apart of. I would highly recommend Alana to anyone with real estate needs in the New Kent area. We are already looking forward to routinely stopping by and checking in on Alana now that we are settled in. I think this speaks to the person Alana Buzby is, someone who truly cares about her clients and their happiness in their new Ryan Home.

We moved from NY retired and was looking for our last home to retire she went over and beyond to sell us a beautiful home in a new community and always greeted us with special attention and affection more than just a sales representative to sell a home . She puts effort and dedication when is needed for a buyer on any problems or situations that might come about without notice. this is our 3rd home and never had anyone like her representing us . Smooth transition no problems and no pressure whatsoever. She’s a valuable asset to Ryan Homes and I will pass it on to many others that are looking to invest in our community .
