  Jade with PMI is fantastic! Our AC went out, just weeks after moving in & Jade was diligent in making sure we had someone to check on us before the weekend began. She is quick & responsive & was a joy to work with. We appreciate you Jade!

  Miss Brenda Penn and PMI Richmond were professional, friendly and Brenda stayed right on it. Miss Penn was easy to work with, she communicates well and gets it done fast. I would use PMI again and I recommend Brenda and Miss Maria for all of your rental needs.

  We use PMI for our rentals in Richmond area. We switched to PMI after a lackluster experience with one of the other property management companies in the area.We interviewed several others and are glad we picked PMI.We are pleased with the customer support and responsiveness to tenants requests as well as our needs. Highly recommend!

  Your security deposit will sure be manipulated without efficient reasoning. Dont waste your time thoroughly cleaning, they will charge you either way. Likely from a none LLC supported cleaning company they claim to be hiring for "professional cleaning". I see several other comments mentioning this, as the company claims this is in their lease and its not. As a reputable company, why wouldnt you just revamp your lease to make this communication more clear for tenants? This expresses a genuine disregard for all the tenants who have been affected by this fee. I also had the office manager tell me "dont bother fighting the cleaning fee, many have argued it, but they never beat it". I was also docked for maintenance charges that were noted on the initial walk thru report. Additionally, I spent 4 days in the middle of the summer without AC and they claimed to have not received the emergency ticket I placed for the maintenance department. Its a very reputable company on the surface, but underneath, l surely experienced unethical practices, dishonest fees and dismissive customer service regarding the claims presented. This company lacks values and decent character.
