  Brenda Penn was wonderful to work with during our home leasing process. She was extremely courteous, kind, and very helpful every step of the way. Brenda took the time to answer our questions and made sure everything went smoothly for us. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the experience much easier and less stressful. We truly appreciate all of her assistance and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to lease a home.

  I recently had an issue with my heating system. Ann with Maintenance worked hard to make sure that unit was fixed and that I received accommodations. She always follows up and never left me wondering what was going on. Thank you for your outstanding service Ann.

  I would like to take a moment to thank PMI Richmond for their services in helping us with our rental property. It's been a wonderful experience and was great working with Brenda. She was very professional and amazing in answering all the questions I had, and it was many. If you are looking for a rental home, I highly recommend PMI Richmond. Shout-out Brenda!

  We needed a home to live in after our home caught fire. We were in the rental home when PMI richmond/ Maria took over the leasing of the property. Maria worked with us almost flawlessly. Any issues, she immediately contacted homeowners and had response same day. Refridgerator went bad...tested next day, replaced day after. When we needed more time on lease, Maria/PMI spoke with homeowners and worked with us. Then, when IceStorm2026 hit richmond, PMI again extended our lease allowing us to get back in our home. Pictures of our home to show what we went through, having a temporary home was the only relaxation we had for almost a year. Thank you Maria/PMI-richmond.
