  This place has been nothing but a nightmare. I’ve lived here at Buckingham Station for about four months now, and I regret it every day. There are squirrels living in the roof above my apartment, the toilet barely works, sink disposal leaks water badly and the heat and A/C have broken multiple times. I’ve been without A/C or heat since February 21st, when I first submitted my service request. I was told maintenance stopped by, but I never received a call letting me know they were coming or when they planned to return. They’ve also used the dog as an excuse, and that’s because there was no communication on when they would be stopping by. For the past five days, my apartment has been well over 80 degrees, even at night. I’ve called the front desk multiple times and keep being told I’m “in the queue.” I’ve also called the emergency line repeatedly because my son who is 6 years old is with me, but they keep saying the outside temperature is only in the 70s. However, the policy clearly states that if there is no A/C or cooling and the inside temperature reaches 80 degrees or higher, it qualifies as an emergency. It’s crazy how quick they are to add fees if your rent is late, yet they can’t take care of their residents the same way they take care of their money. Horrible experience. I’ve never been this uncomfortable and over heated.. Do not recommend.

  I’ve been here 3 years and over time have seen great improvements in the last few months. As far as apartment maintenance. Trevon gets things done & has a friendly/positive attitude. And Trey, the supervisor, always speaks outside and he’s always professional!

  I’ve lived at Old Buckingham since approximately 2016 and everyone I had contact with in the leasing office is friendly and helpful! Gail is a sweetheart and fixes any issues I have as quickly as possible. Also, the maintenance team usually fixes work orders on the same day they are put in.

  Gail was such a great help! From viewing the model through the approval process. She was swift on replying and keeping in touch. Was always there to answer any questions.

  This is an easy one to write about Gayle. She is professional she dresses beautifully she handles herself amazing for the company and she also cares for the tenants. I have known Gail for 5 years that I've lived here. She cares about the tenants she smiles all the time I don't even know if she has a bad day if she does she keeps it inside she's such a sweet lady and everybody here is nice always been nice to me. I was going through a really really bad struggle last year and Gail and the people in the office helped me to feel better it's on my tears from things and I just will never forget that. So Gayle thank you so much for all that you've done for me as well as I'm sure that you've done for others I pray we have another five years and I want to thank the boss in charge is fantastic those who work in the office are fantastic the maintenance people have always treated me very nice so I just want to say thank you very much.
