We recently moved to Kingston McLean Crossing from a house in Great Falls, VA. The principal attractions to Kingston were location - proximity to metro, easier access to DC and continued access to Great Falls & River Bend Parks - along with Kingston apartment options. While rental and moving processes can be difficult, in general, Mayra & Fernando helped ease them for us. Other staff, including Reggie & Roy have been helpful & pleasant to deal with.

Very disappointing experience! Unprofessional and unwelcoming staff. The guy at the front desk didn’t even greet us. Didn’t provide any assistance or help although I had asked for help with getting the key fob for the self guided tour. He was very dismissive and didn’t show any effort or interest in helping us. The facilities are okay. Everything has a chip or dent. The apartments are small and look cheap. I would recommend looking at other apartments in the same areas. We were so disappointed! .

My experience is based from a visitor's perspective and not as a resident. I wanted to give that clarity. The neighbors, concierge and the cleanliness of the building are the reasons of 5 stars. I pray that the elevator issues will be fixed soon and not wait for a medical fatality to delay with access to just one elevator. Some residents have medical conditions that are not seen with the naked eye. Kingston get on top of the replacement of parts, inspection of the elevator, fire marshal will fine the premises for not having the proper inspection of equipment and certification.

IM JUST OVER IT!!!!!!!! I find it quite ridiculous that we live in a so-called “luxury apartment” while the elevator has been out of service for months. It is even more unacceptable that residents are forced to share a single elevator—especially after someone has vomited in it 🤮—which is particularly frustrating for those of us living on the 14th floor and carrying groceries. Management shows little to no urgency in fixing the ongoing elevator issue or addressing resident inconvenience. As we approach 2026, this ongoing situation is unacceptable. Yet management is quick to send emails over a $1.00 rent discrepancy and schedule multiple back-to-back inspections, inconveniencing residents by forcing them to repeatedly make arrangements—such as removing pets from the apartment—because inspections cannot be completed in a single day. This lack of balance in priorities is disappointing. To make matters worse, dog waste is left on the sidewalks, concierges are often uninformed about building matters, and there is an overall lack of accountability. I have lived in several luxury apartments throughout the DMV, and this has been the worst experience thus far. The only redeeming feature is the view.
