Tour w/Reggie tour today was awesome. Answered all my questions without me having to verbally ask. Very professional, super hospitable and a true knowledge base for the property.

I’ve been living here for nearly eight months. During this time, the HVAC system has broken down twice, and one of the elevators was out of service for over a month. Just now, I even got stuck in the elevator alone for ten minutes. The staff are friendly and the maintenance crew does try their best, and the location and design are genuinely appealing. However, there are just too many hidden issues inside the building that you wouldn’t notice from a quick tour.

We lived there for more than two years and loved it very much. The floor plans are beautiful and just make sense. We lived in two different units and had gorgeous views. The staff are always kind and helpful (shout out to Reggie!). Wouldn’t have moved out if I didn’t have to. The cons are lack of exhaust vents which seems to be a default in most buildings now, and that the rooftop closew at 9 pm.

I’m not sure if this representative of the tenant experience but I’ve never had a more unpleasant interaction with leasing staff before. I was inquiring about this complex over the phone/email and that interaction was very pleasant. When I arrived with a friend we met with the male concierge who was unhelpful and told us to “go ahead” even though we informed him we had no appointment or knowledge on the self-guided tour. Then a female leasing agent with red hair came out and stated we could self-guide and proceeded to tell us with there are no 1 bedrooms to tour (which did not match the information listed on the website). She was unwelcoming but we tried to look passed it by inquiring about the 2 bedroom. When I asked if the 2 bedrooms had the same format, she responded passive aggressively by saying “Well no because there’s an extra bedroom…”. I was asking if the format of the apartment was similar minus a bedroom but this response made us walk away at this point. It was very disheartening to have a positive experience over the phone but then to be met with the complete opposite in person. First impression is everything and I wouldn’t recommend this complex to others based on this interaction.
