  I want to give a huge shoutout to Ramos from Kettler, along with Brian, Jose, and Evan from AHC Inc / Apt Restorers CC. While I was outside shoveling ice and snow off my car, they all stopped, got out of their vehicles, and immediately jumped in to help me, without me even asking. That kind of genuine kindness and teamwork truly stood out and turned a stressful moment into a really positive experience. Ramos represents Kettler exceptionally well, and it was clear that everyone involved genuinely cared and went above and beyond.Thank you!

  I very unfortunately live in a Kettler community, The Metropolitan at the Riverwalk in Wilmington, NC. The on-site staff is fantastic but has their hands tied by Kettler's corporate bs. The quality of this "luxury" complex is abysmal. Incredibly shoddy craftsmanship, poor quality fixtures, constant building issues. The internet is currently down for the 8th or 9th time in as many months. We're forced to pay $70/month for the complex-provided internet that is entirely unreliable. There is constantly glass on the sidewalks in front of the building from the dumpsters that are rolled out for trash day. I could go on and on with the issues at this place. This company is a borderline slumlord company, charging insanely high prices for low quality living.

  I am writing this review because Kettler Property Management, as the corporate oversight entity, failed to respond when I escalated serious concerns beyond onsite management. After experiencing ongoing unresolved issues at the property level, I contacted Kettler directly via email multiple times seeking oversight and intervention. These communications have gone unanswered for nearly two months. At no point did I receive acknowledgment, follow-up, or guidance from corporate. The purpose of escalating to corporate is accountability. In this case, there was none. While rent continued to be collected, resident concerns were effectively ignored at both the property and corporate level. This experience has significantly impacted my trust in Kettler Property Management’s ability to oversee its properties and support residents when issues are escalated.
