I would not recommend living in this community if you own more than one car or plan to have guests over occasionally. Residents with two vehicles are expected to park in their garage and driveway, which can be impractical for those who use their garage for storage. If we knew parking was going to be an issue, we would’ve never bought a home here. At the beginning of the year, our car was towed without any clear signage indicating which towing company was responsible. The enforcement felt abrupt and poorly communicated. Not only did towing begin suddenly, but we were not informed about where our vehicles would be taken, which made the situation even more frustrating.

Parking is absolutely horrid. They refuse to respond and started towing cars because there is absolutely no where to park. For the record I usually get home around 2-4pm and there’s never parking. They also took a full week to address the snow storm we had a couple months ago. On top of all of in a BRAND NEW HOUSE there were immediate problems with the build quality. When called about parking and if we were able to park in the center lot (for house viewing) overnight I was told that my car will be towed. A serious failure in foresight by Ryan Homes.

Parking in the neighborhood is miserable. They keep building more houses and refuse to add more parking. Multiple people have been towed from the neighborhood and their suggestion for parking is parking across the street at the commuter lot where they can’t guarantee if you’ll be towed from there either. If you have multiple cars I would not suggest moving in to this neighborhood as you will struggle to park them anywhere.

We recently referred a client to Ryan Homes at Lomond Village, and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. Kathryn Piper was the Ryan rep and has been phenomenal. The community itself is thoughtfully designed, the homes are well laid out, and the entire process felt organized and transparent—exactly what you want with new construction. One of the biggest highlights of this neighborhood is the school option. Lomond Village feeds into The Pennington School, a charter school with an 8/10 rating, which was a huge deciding factor for our client. As a parent myself, school quality matters a lot, and this is actually a school I’ve personally looked into and would strongly consider sending my own kids to. The location, neighborhood feel, and access to quality education make Lomond Village a standout option for families looking for new construction in the area. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ryan Homes here to friends, clients, or anyone looking for a smart long-term place to call home.

Oh my gosh, I loved this community and their sales rep, Kathryn. My husband and I have been looking for a while now and we knew as soon as we walked in this was the place for us. The floor plan, community, and overall vibe were all perfect. Also, Kathryn was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and fun. She made the experience special for the both of us! We highly recommend! Thanks Ryan Homes and Kathryn! Super excited!
