It raised concerns about safety and overall comfort. My husband found that the local high school assigned to the area has consistently poor performance across several sources on our way there too. When I arrived to cancel the appointment and explained my concerns, the sales rep, Melinda, became defensive. She responded with, "Well, we’ve been successfully selling, and a rating is just a rating, but okay," which felt dismissive and unprofessional. In which she added, “If you're looking for better schools, you’ll have to pay more for those homes.” … Ok not your problem. Everyone has different priorities when buying a home and mine unfortunately is safety, comfort and a good school for my children.
