The bldg. maintenance is always coming to your apt. They have inspection more than any place I've lived. UGH! It's always something. I want to be able to just enjoy my living space without constant interruption. The garbage dumpster is an eye sore. It's always spilling over. They finally got the parking under control after 3 yrs. The neighbors are quite nice though.
