  I recently toured Barrington Park Apartments, and overall, the property is nice—but there are a few important things to know depending on your lifestyle and needs. The Good: The apartments themselves are well-kept and visually appealing The community feels quiet and established Staff was professional during the tour Having a garage is a major plus, especially for convenience and added security What to Be Aware Of: There are no model flat units available, so you’ll be shown actual vacant apartments Be prepared to walk to view units, which may not be ideal for everyone Stairs are a major factor — many units require walking up steps The community is located across from a fire station, so depending on the unit location, you may hear sirens at times Biggest Consideration (and this is important): If you are mobility challenged, recovering from surgery, or simply prefer elevator access, this may not be the best fit. The layout of the property makes stairs unavoidable in many cases, which could become a daily challenge—not just during move-in, but every time you come and go. My Overall Take: Barrington Park is a solid option if stairs aren’t an issue for you. However, for anyone needing easier access or more mobility-friendly living, you may want to explore other communities with elevators or ground-level convenience.

  It’s a beautiful place to live. Juan, the service manager, is a great person with the appropriate skills and knowledge to solve any problem, I love that he works in this property!!

  The maintenance team is awesome, Mr Juan Lume is the best of the best. I sent a ticket and he came to help us and fixed everything within the hour.

  I have been living here for almost 5 months and the maintenance man Juan is so friendly from the first time I moved in he was very nice polite and friendly!! He came out on an emergency call that I placed Saturday evening/night because I didn’t have hot water! I had to go out so I wasn’t home and he made sure to communicate with me via phone!! He even called me first thing this Monday Morning to make sure everything was Good🙂 Best customer service you could ask for. Thank you Juan this is not the first time you’ve helped me out but I wanted to let you know that you are appreciated!!

  We just want to give a huge shoutout to Juan. He’s been part of this community for a long time, and it really shows. He knows the property, the residents, and is always on top of any service request we put in and things get fixed quickly and done right. On top of that, Juan is always friendly and consistently says hi, which honestly makes such a difference. He’s genuinely helpful, approachable, and clearly cares about the people who live here. He’s a big reason this community feels like home and why we continue to stay. We’re so lucky to have him! Juan truly makes this place what it is.
