- SLSavannah LamOct 29, 20253.0Excited about our new home, but disappointed in lack of options for this new build. Ryan Homes refused to consider our preference of vinyl plank through the entire home (rather than just the downstairs) even though we were willing to pay for it and will have to remove the carpeting and install VP at our own expense after move-in. Also didn't love the customer service of our loan officer who seems a bit sexist, refusing to copy me on emails to my husband as we've requested.

Any questions we have get answered quickly, any concerns we have had are listened to and countered with solutions. I'm so grateful for this experience with Ryan Homes, and would recommend this little community to anyone looking to buy a home soon. I can't wait to see what it all looks like when it's done!
