Ryan Homes refused to consider our preference of vinyl plank through the entire home (rather than just the downstairs) even though we were willing to pay for it and will have to remove the carpeting and install VP at our own expense after move-in. Also didn't love the customer service of our loan officer who seems a bit sexist, refusing to copy me on emails to my husband as we've requested.
