  Not even a year in home and I’m Very disappointed with home purchased home from The Lynchburg location. My sales man was great no issues there it the set up crew they sent is the issue and the manufacturer. No care and cheap parts Iv had two issues with shower leaks. Granted they fix it but still it’s an issue. I wasn’t gonna come here but this is ridiculous Iv left messages to the place in NC and no one calls back they didn’t back fill correctly they had to resend out some one to redo the skirting under home had the had siding replace because from factory was done incorrectly molding strips falling off kitchen drawer had to replace 2xs ac unit don’t get me started on that or the hot water tank all I can say is think and read reviews before purchasing

  Matt & the team at Clayton homes of Lynchburg made our home buying process a breeze. They guided us through the whole process, from finding the perfect home (The big easy) to closing on it and the land it is being put on. Matt in particular took extra care to ensure that my fiance and I were well informed throughout the process, as well as helping us overcome several hurdles that cropped up during the process. I could not ask for better service, Matt & Juan were top notch through the whole process. So much so that our neighbors chose to buy their home through them. We had visited another clayton location before meeting the Lynchburg team, but the folks at Lynchburg Clayton were commited and engaged in getting us over the finish line. Currently our land is being cleared and the home we purchased is standing by on the lot ready for install. Before you go anywhere else in central Va for a manufactured or modular home- talk to Matt first! As a first time home buyer - I cannot recommend him highly enough! 5/5 stars ( I would pick 6 if google reviews allowed it!)

  I would like to express my deep gratitude for one of the most ethical, hard working duos I have encountered in a while. My Clayton sales agent, Matt Wrenn, and his manager Juan, were super supportive, polite and upfront with the whole maddening process of buying and setting up my home. Matt kept reassuring me all was well. And it was! I got a beautiful 1200 square foot Clayton built modular that has all the bells and whistles of a well constructed home. Ask for Matt! And thank you Juan!!!
