  Been living here since 23, and at first it was loud neighbors, overtime I just had to live with it. My car has been hit twice, no note, nothing, also if you need to get rid of a car, this is the perfect place, in heather ridge ct there’s approximately 7 cars that have been parked for months, in front of the second pool area also there’s a plenty amount of vehicles parked for years, plates are expired, probably since 2019 - present, it gets on my nerves people who really don’t care about this place, is a nice apartment complex, the apartment inside is actually nice, pretty big, but people don’t share the mind of “I’m working hard to have nice things” everyone out here is selfish. Also watch out for people who walks their dogs with no leach. Going back to the parking situation, there’s some THIGH spots and people don’t really use their brains to check how bad they park, and the office don’t really check which cars are from the neighbors, so whenever you want to get a “reserved” spot, they’re always out, I’ve probably seen 2 cars with those parking passes, but that’s it. SERVICE TEAM IS TIGHT, THEY DO GOOD, THEY TAKE A BUT OF TIME, BUT THEY GOT YOU. That’s my honest opinion.

  I want to give my sincere appreciation to Mrs. Monique at The Woods of Fairfax for her patience, guidance, and dedication in helping me resolve some issues I was experiencing previously. She stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process and made sure everything was handled properly. Her encouragement throughout this whole process was truly amazing and meant a lot to me. May God continue to bless her, and I hope that management recognizes and acknowledges her dedication to this wonderful place. Thank you, Mrs. Monique, for going above and beyond!

  I lived there for two years. In terms of maintenance and fixing household appliances, it was very poor during those two years. The dishwasher didn’t work. The maintenance workers would come and say it was fixed, but they only did a quick check and left without actually repairing anything. The heating system was also broken. Even one of the lobby staff, a woman, had bad teeth, smoked there, and her attitude and behavior were very rude. I am truly disappointed and frustrated.

  It was almost one year that we lived in those apartments. The rent was high, and in the summer the house became extremely hot like fire, but the AC and coolers were broken. For one week we kept calling the maintenance to fix it, but they never listened to us. Finally, our whole family had to stay in the lobby. Even then, he kept saying, “If your apartment is hot, come sit in the lobby.” They were very careless. Thank God we moved out of that house sooner. when the lease ended, we quickly moved out and relocated.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
