  Staff were very accomodating. Maintenance is very quick with the repairs. Had an issue with plumbing and they fixed it within 24 hours. The office workers are very friendly. Big shoutouts to Jackie,Jernel, and Melinda. 5/5 Very happy with the time I've been here.

  I relocated out of state for work after settling all charges that were communicated to me and providing a forwarding address. After moving, I received no notice—by mail or email—of any remaining balance. Months later, I was unexpectedly contacted by an aggressive debt collection agency claiming I owed a small fee. This was the first time I had ever been made aware of any additional charge. Confused and pressured, I paid under duress, concerned that failing to do so might lead to further consequences. I later investigated the agency and confirmed that it appears to be legitimate—but the fee itself, given the complete lack of communication from the housing office, does not. According to the collector, my account had already been transferred to collections without any attempt to notify me directly. I was spoken to disrespectfully and made to feel as though I had done something wrong, despite never being given the opportunity to address the alleged charge beforehand. To this day, I don’t know whether the fee was a legitimate oversight or a mishandled—or potentially fabricated—charge. On top of the confusion of having an unpaid debt, the collector on the phone stated the charge was less than 70$...then I get billed 10x as much. Regardless, the situation reflects extremely poorly on the transparency, professionalism, and integrity of the housing office. Business is business, but proper communication and respect for former residents should be the bare minimum. I strongly advise anyone considering living here—or preparing to move out—to proceed with caution and document everything to protect themselves from potential mismanagement.

  I love these apartments; I never want to leave. Everything is beautiful. It has a very nice amusement park, a barbecue area, and a place to celebrate a birthday. Everything is beautiful. There's plenty of parking. I recommend it. I had a small problem in the apartments, like any other, but it was resolved very quickly. Everything is very nice, and the people at the office are very friendly. 10/ 10.

  So Grateful for the Amazing Leasing Team! I want to thank the leasing office team for making my time at Woods of Fairfaxsuch a great experience. This has been a wonderful and comfortable home for me and my kids. I especially want to thank the leasing manager Monique for all her amazing help. She is always kind, patient, and very understanding, and at the same time, she handles everything with such professionalism. She is always available to answer my questions and respond to my requests.
