- WAWhy AskSep 3, 20251.0So glad I just moved away from this place, Lori smiles in your face and acts like she cares meanwhile charging extras on the rent whenever possible. Something is always broken and the maintenance people’s act like they can’t fix nothing. The maintenance people’s blame the renters when the apartments are broken down especially the apartments that haven’t been updated. People got they kids all in the parking lot riding bikes fighting and using foul language. There is no recycling. Peoples kids dump trash bags everywhere instead of walking to the compactor. Bed bugs and roaches from nasty tenants. I can’t believe there are 4.5 starts for these apartments if you live there it’s more like 2 stars. So happy to be gone peace LORTON STATION

Lori is an outstanding manager, professional, kind, and always willing to listen. What sets her apart is her ability to communicate clearly and promptly. Anytime I have had a question about my lease, parking, or community issues, Lori has responded quickly and thoroughly. She doesn’t just manage the property; she builds trust with residents and fosters a sense of community. Her leadership significantly enhances the quality of life here. Abdul is equally impressive. He is one of the most reliable and respectful maintenance professionals I have had the pleasure of encountering. Whenever I submitted a maintenance request, whether urgent or routine, Abdul handled it efficiently and with a positive attitude. He explains what he is doing, ensures that everything is functioning correctly before he leaves, and always treats the space with care. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows. Both Lori and Abdul make Lorton Station feel like more than just an apartment; it feels like home. Their professionalism, warmth, and responsiveness are rare and deeply appreciated. I highly recommend this property due to the excellent management team.
