  I am absolutely thrilled with Sanger Place! I had a concern, and the team immediately handled it in a very friendly and professional manner. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and truly helpful – you feel welcome right away. The communication was clear and warm, and everything was resolved quickly and smoothly. It’s wonderful to see that the team genuinely cares about the needs and concerns of their guests. Ich hatte ein Anliegen, und das Team hat sich sofort sehr freundlich und professionell darum gekümmert. Jeder war super nett, zuvorkommend und wirklich hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Kommunikation war klar und herzlich, und es wurde alles schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Es ist schön zu sehen, dass das Team wirklich auf die Wünsche und Sorgen der Gäste eingeht.   Extremely Disappointed – Ongoing Bug Infestation Ignored by Management I’ve been living in the building at 8216 Sanger Place and have been dealing with an ongoing infestation of small biting bugs, which has become a serious health and comfort issue. Despite bringing this to the leasing office’s attention, I’ve now been waiting over a week for pest control to be scheduled. Meanwhile, these bugs continue to bite and cause skin irritation, making it difficult to relax or even sleep in my own home. What’s worse is that this isn’t a new issue – there are already older reviews mentioning the same bug problem in this building, which clearly means management is not taking this seriously. The response from the leasing office has been slow and unhelpful, showing a clear lack of urgency or responsibility. To top it all off, the rent continues to increase every year, yet the quality of living and basic maintenance standards are declining. It’s frustrating to pay more while dealing with poor living conditions and unresponsive property management.

  My name is Mrs. King and I have been a resident for 6 years. I love this complex. Any problems with maintenance is immediately addressed. This is a safe environment. The office staff and maintenance staff is exceptional, they provide professional services.
