  I lived at Singer Place, Building 9454, Orange Blossom Trail (Apartment 103) for almost 3 years, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. From the very first week, we started reporting serious pest issues including roaches and multiple kinds of bugs. Pest control was scheduled almost every Friday, but it was completely ineffective. Each visit required us to empty the apartment, move beds, furniture, and belongings, almost like moving out and moving back in yet the problem was never resolved. We have kids at home, which made this situation even more stressful and unacceptable. On multiple occasions, roaches were found in our kitchen and even in our food, despite repeated complaints to management. This was extremely concerning from a health and safety perspective. The management team was informed constantly complaints were submitted every few days for years but no long-term solution was ever provided. Trash areas are poorly maintained, and after 8–9 PM, raccoons roam freely, creating an unsafe and unpleasant environment. For the rent we were paying nearly $2,800 for a 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment the amenities are extremely limited: a small gym, a pool, and a car wash area. That’s it. Rent was increased $150–$200 every year, yet after I moved out recently, the same apartment is now listed online for significantly less. Loyal long-term residents are continuously overcharged while new listings are advertised cheaper. After moving out, I was charged nearly $6,000 in lease break fees and additional charges despite having documented proof of unresolved living conditions that forced us to leave. Overall, management shows little concern for residents, especially families, and does not address serious habitability issues. I would strongly recommend future renters to think carefully before signing a lease here.

  I am absolutely thrilled with Sanger Place! I had a concern, and the team immediately handled it in a very friendly and professional manner. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and truly helpful – you feel welcome right away. The communication was clear and warm, and everything was resolved quickly and smoothly. It’s wonderful to see that the team genuinely cares about the needs and concerns of their guests. Die Kommunikation war klar und herzlich, und es wurde alles schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Es ist schön zu sehen, dass das Team wirklich auf die Wünsche und Sorgen der Gäste eingeht.
