  Good afternoon Ryan Homes, my future husband and I have been searching for our new home together for several months. We have felt discouraged and very disappointed as to what was being presented out there. Until the day we came out to view the Twin Lake Villas. Upon entering we met with Danny Hunt and he immediately made us comfortable and began discussing with us what all this brand new community had to offer. Showing us all the outstanding features of each home and all the wonderful upgrades and wonderful features to be offered. Can I say we felt so pleased with Danny that we decided this would indeed be our new home and community. We are so pleased with Danny. He also took us for a walk and entered a new build taking us to the garage and then walking us through the Showcase home at all the great features of the kitchen. Needless to say because of his professional manner and his ease at answering our questions, I had a list of them we knew we wanted to sign a contract and join such a fine community. We are so thankful for Danny and Ryan Homes and their outstanding vision and using the best quality or to build this community. Also I want to thank Mr. Ryan for making us feel comfortable as we are crunching the numbers and understanding interest rates. Another outstanding employee that made us feel comfortable to signing onto our contract. First comes our marriage and then our beautiful home will be finished In November.   What can I say… Amazing home buying experience! From sales to finance to construction and “the few” warranty items; everyone has been extremely professional yet warm and friendly. Cheryl Hoffman worked with us extensively on choosing the best homesite for our needs and addressing some particulars on timing. “Woody” Woodyard is a truly competent, thorough and enjoyable project manager! His attention to detail and helpful attitude makes him a true pleasure to work with! He even arranged to have some of the optional outlets moved after installation to match our TV width. In this review, I simply can’t cover all the nice things he has done for us. Even after the turn over he is engaging and helpful; answering some questions about the home features. Without a doubt Woody has made this home buying experience the best we have ever had (this was our 3rd new construction home purchase)! Zach helped in the early stages of our build and even though he was reassigned to another development; he came back to see us during our pre-closing walk through! Who does that! Ryan “the mortgage guy” was very easy to deal with and made the mortgage process as easy as possible. The closing agent; Leisel Johnson holds a special place in our hearts; she made everything smooth and easy! Now about the home itself… This is our 2nd Ryan Homes house; this one is our favorite! Ryan Homes builds sensible, practical and easy to live in homes. With designs having features not all national builders are willing to throw in a home with this value position. The Barbados Isle is a very open and airy home; with plenty of light streaming in the windows. And our optional balcony adds a feature that will be a joy to use! If you read this far; I highly recommend buying in this development! I know this wasn’t a custom build, but the staff sure made us feel like it was!
