- SSSamantha S5 days ago2.0If you’re moving here because you have dogs and there’s a dog park don’t. It is full of dog poop and unusable, and there is poop all over the grounds. Myself and my dog steps in poop once a week. Your forced to wash somebody else’s dog poop off your feet or your dogs feet in your bathtub or your kitchen sink and you’re lucky if it doesn’t get tracked all over your carpet. So incredibly unsanitary for pets and people. This will be your life if you have dogs and live here.

Whenever I have submitted any maintenance work requests, Antonio has responded (by calling back) so quickly it was thought it was an automated response. They clearly want to make sure residents are happy.

I'll tell you I've never had such good service. I've lived here for 21 years and the service has always been great. But this latest is helping me now paloma has been just outstanding. I can't tell you how much I appreciate her help and I'll be happy to give another advice on her because she's so good.

Edin and Lea are very personable and genuinely care that I am happy in my living space. Lea had to come when I was setting up my WiFi and she noticed the air filters needed to be changed which she then arranged with maintenance. I was very impressed with the promptness and attention to these small details. Aside from the exceptional staff, including maintenance who have quickly resolved any issues (thank you Antonio!), I was very pleased with the condition of the apartment. It was very clean, all the appliances looked like new, and the carpet was less than a year old. Additionally, once a week the building corridor is mopped and vacuumed. I have nothing but good things to say about Tuscarora Creek Apartments and if you are considering it, I highly recommend living here!!
