- SSSamantha SNov 18, 20252.0If you’re moving here because you have dogs and there’s a dog park don’t. It is full of dog poop and unusable, and there is poop all over the grounds. Myself and my dog steps in poop once a week. Your forced to wash somebody else’s dog poop off your feet or your dogs feet in your bathtub or your kitchen sink and you’re lucky if it doesn’t get tracked all over your carpet. So incredibly unsanitary for pets and people. This will be your life if you have dogs and live here.

Whenever I have submitted any maintenance work requests, Antonio has responded (by calling back) so quickly it was thought it was an automated response. They clearly want to make sure residents are happy.

Mercedes is super responsive, timely, and communicative regarding any questions or concerns that I have. In addition, she is very proactive about checking in and ensuring that I am satisfied with my apartment and my experience here at Tuscarora Creek. My consistently positive interactions with Mercedes give me confidence that I chose the right apartment (and I am very selective) and that I am in good hands! Antonio is the best! I recently submitted my first major maintenance request since moving here and Antonio completed it within less than 12 hours of me submitting the request. At previous apartments I’ve sometimes had to wait days for a simple repair, and the one that Antonio completed so promptly was a much heftier task. Antonio is reliable, respectful, and has a fantastic work ethic. He provides excellent maintenance services and sees each job through to completion, and with a smile on his face! I highly recommend Tuscarora Creek Apartments and the exceptional team here.

Edin and Lea are very personable and genuinely care that I am happy in my living space. Lea had to come when I was setting up my WiFi and she noticed the air filters needed to be changed which she then arranged with maintenance. I was very impressed with the promptness and attention to these small details. Aside from the exceptional staff, including maintenance who have quickly resolved any issues (thank you Antonio!), I was very pleased with the condition of the apartment. It was very clean, all the appliances looked like new, and the carpet was less than a year old. Additionally, once a week the building corridor is mopped and vacuumed. I have nothing but good things to say about Tuscarora Creek Apartments and if you are considering it, I highly recommend living here!!
