    Cattail Run village is a beautiful neighborhood, and the home is fantastic. Christian Yow and Randy Anthony are true professionals and a pleasure to work with. They delivered excellent value and a beautiful home. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

    We couldn’t be happier with our home buying experience, and a huge part of that is thanks to John and Debbie. John, our Project Manager, was absolutely amazing and truly went above and beyond every step of the way. His professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail were exceptional. He consistently took the time to explain things clearly, proactively addressed questions or concerns, and ensured everything stayed on track. It was clear he genuinely cared about the quality of the home and our overall experience, which gave us complete confidence throughout the process. Debbie, the Sales Manager, was equally fantastic. From the very beginning, she made the entire process feel smooth, transparent, and completely stress-free. Her knowledge, warmth, and willingness to help made us feel supported and valued as buyers. She was always available, incredibly patient, and made what can be a stressful process feel exciting and enjoyable instead. Together, John and Debbie made this one of the best home buying experiences we’ve ever had. Their teamwork, dedication, and customer-first approach truly set the standard. We are extremely grateful and would highly recommend working with them to anyone looking to build or buy a home.
