  If your thinking of buying a home from South Hill NC claton don't. Please go anywhere else. They insisted they had to have full payment up front when our home got to the sales lot. That was in September. The house sat there till the middle of January. When they finally delivered it, it fell off the edge of out driveway. The underbelly got tore up bad. They glued around 20 patches to the underbelly which are already falling down and I see there was no insolation where the patches are. The work on the inside, I would have been better off if I had the warren county freshman high school shop class do the work. The house has been on my property for 6 weeks now. This week it was worked on for 30 minutes, last week 6 hours, the week before 6 hours. The vinyl corners were damaged when the house was delivered and I talked to Robert , I think his name is, about the damage and he said they would be replaced. Guess what? They came here and put the siding on the 2 sides without replacing the corners. I have a punch list as long as my arm of things that need to be fixed and we feel no one cares. Once they got their money we meant nothing to them. We highly regret giving our entire life savings to them. In hind sight this was a bad deal.

  I will share the details when all issues are COMPLETED and CORRECTED after this Fiasco. Thank goodness they included an extended warranty in my closing that was not disclosed. We closed on our home in February 2025 after starting the process in September of 2024. We paid CASH! Finally moved in around August of 2025 and as of November 2025 still have issues that are not RESOLVED and can't seem to get anyone with KNOWLEDGE to correct the problems. I have had to take 4 days off from work for service calls and STILL can't seem to get the problems corrected. I am at my SIXTH day off from work (effective 1-15-26) and have MAJOR issues. NOT the young gentleman's fault that came to do the work. He was sent ALONE again! I will be calling the number for Corporate to find out what they are going to do about my now SEVENTH day off from work (to be scheduled) and my Brand New HARDWOOD FLOORS that have to be repaired! Like I said, not the gentleman's fault! I thought the young man was going to cry because he was so OVERWHELMED by what he was expected to do ALONE!! Very UNSATISFIED Customer. Sue Wiles
