Thank goodness they included an extended warranty in my closing that was not disclosed. We closed on our home in February 2025 after starting the process in September of 2024. We paid CASH! Finally moved in around August of 2025 and as of November 2025 still have issues that are not RESOLVED and can't seem to get anyone with KNOWLEDGE to correct the problems. I have had to take 4 days off from work for service calls and STILL can't seem to get the problems corrected.

There was one family moving trailer to trailer. I went in and asked to see the trailers with identification in hand. The man looked me head to toe and said first Saturday is when my family can look. To bad that won't happen as a truck driver I am often unavailable so when I get a chance I have to grab that opportunity. So with that being said Do not think you are going to see a trailer with the online business hours.i was brought in by the 49 grand banner.
