This is the 3rd Ryan Home my family has built (4 owned) through past 4 decades. We started out in Liverpool NY and made it down here. Ryan's houses are home. I love the nostalgia and new current style builds. Everyone from Tracey(sales and face and voice for everything, shes incredible) to TJ (project engineer) consistently in contact and uploading weekly photos for us. Dwight in finance has been the anchor to everything as well. BRAVO TEAM SOUTH HARBOR đź‘Ź If you're looking to build/buy....talk to them! We even checked out some new neighborhoods over the border in NC (Elizabeth City) they are no more expensive than the houses built in 1950s that are for sale in area. I would build before buy. Everything comes warranty and no worries about former owners "handy work"

We first met Connie at the sales office and she is a wealth of knowledge. She knows everything from the buying process to the features of the home. Very friendly, very accommodating with follow-up questions. The paperwork and the walkthrough with the project manager were smooth. The house was flawless. Outstanding quality in every aspect. Great job to Ryan Homes for the whole process.

Nicole’s attention to detail was phenomenal and she was an outstanding ambassador for Ryan Homes. Nicole demonstrated a work ethic like no other through her commitment and diligence. Her knowledge was impressive as there wasn’t a question she couldn’t answer and was always forward thinking. Anderson went above and beyond and we truly appreciated his assistance and dedication. We’re currently working with Sean through the warranty department. He is a wealth of knowledge, extremely responsive, and dedicated to finding solutions to any issues that may arise.
