  I have been looking at apartments for the past 3 years now and nobody has ever made me fall in love with the apartment complex before showing me the actual unit first until I came to Woodland Park and met Brenda!!! She doesn’t just show you the apartment unit, she tells you a story with it. There were so many little things that makes you feel like you’re actually in good hands and that you’re valued and appreciated by the entire staff. Brenda is the best and I’m glad that I made the right choice to move here. If you’re hesitant about moving here ask for Brenda she’ll help you make that final decision and will work with you on a time frame.

  Amazing staff it was my first time in 16 months I sat in the leasing lounge it was relaxing and I dont know the name of the receptionist she was so helpful and answered all my questions.

  Woodland Park is by far the best property in NOVA, highly recommended if you are looking for a comfortable home. Maintenance and office staff genuinely care for you. Just a few minutes drive to a metro stop and a bus stop right in front of the property.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I’ve had a very frustrating experience living here due to a serious connectivity issue in my unit. I am unable to reliably receive phone calls or use cellular data, even after switching phones and carriers. Wi-Fi calling also does not work consistently. This has been more than an inconvenience it has impacted my ability to work from home and communicate effectively, causing missed calls and opportunities. I raised this concern during my lease, but the issue was never fully resolved. While management eventually allowed me to terminate my lease early, the problem persisted during the time I remained in the unit. If you rely on your phone for work, business, or emergencies, I strongly recommend confirming signal reliability before moving in

  Woodland Park has been such a wonderful moving in experience! Brenda Hall was so incredibly helpful both with touring homes and with the lease process. Her and Brianna Baldwin were very patient with my roommate and I as we were submitting our information and completing all the needed information. I am so excited to be living here and having such wonderful staff to be helping us. Highly recommend!!!
