  The Mark’s apartments are beautiful — very spacious and well laid out. While other apartment buildings neighboring The Mark may be newer, none have the majestic 11 and 12 foot ceilings offered at The Mark. Additionally, the building’s free gym is airy and well lit--giving it a sense of openness, with huge windows and well-maintained, modern equipment. More significant is the “gold star” level of care provided by the excellent management team. Halls are kept spotless; any scuffs on the common area walls are addressed and cleaned up expeditiously; repair requests are handled generally within 24 hours or sooner, depending on the seriousness of the issue. In sum, I love living at The Mark and refer to the management group as my “A Team”!

  Work up to an emergency and it took less than 30 minutes from the time I called and maintenance showed up . I appreciate the promptness , especially during a winter storm like today . The staff is always friendly and since I moved in am impressed by the service.

  I lived in this apartment for one year and was forced to move out early due to constant, unbearable noise. Since filthy neighbors moved in next door, my living conditions completely collapsed. They seemed to never sleep—friends coming and going every single night, doors slamming, walls being banged on at all hours. It was nonstop chaos. I honestly have no idea what they were doing, but peace and quiet did not exist. On top of the noise, the smell of their food filled the entire hallway daily, making the common areas disgusting and unlivable. I documented everything and have numerous recordings proving the excessive noise, yet none of it mattered. The leasing office was completely useless and rude. Instead of addressing the issue, they dismissed my complaints and turned against me for speaking up. The property manager, Patrick, initially offered an internal transfer, only to deny it right after. The staff is friendly only when you don’t need anything. The moment you raise a legitimate concern or ask for help, they become rude, defensive, and unprofessional. This place does not protect tenants or care about basic living standards. If you value sleep, cleanliness, or management that actually does its job, do not live here. Do I need to mention that they haven't returned the $1000 deposit 2 months after moving out?

  We arrived at 10:25am for a 10:30 tour to find the doors locked and the office empty. A group let us in to the lobby where we waited with 3 other parties for another 10 minutes before someone arrived to begin opening the office. This person stated that the office doesn't open until 11:00 on weekends. We were all left confused because the website said they open at 8:30, we had an appointment, another group stated that they had been told 8:30 when they contacted the property earlier in the week, and one of the people waiting lived in the building and had been expecting the office to be open. I'm not sure where the break down in communication occurred, but the poor management combined with the mail and packages cluttering the entrance, poor cell reception, and heavy construction in the area convinced us that this location is not nearly worth the rent they were asking for.
